Being a stepmom is a blessing

It's been a wonderful night for me having a chance to talk to my step daughter.

That was one of the best times I've ever had with her. My eyes were open and able to see the things she acted the way her father doesnt want to. She has the feeling of isolation especially her mother doesnt really care about her and her brother is turning to college soon.

The moment she said to me "Can you be my mom?"It really touches my heart. God really has a purpose in my life and I see things put into it's place. God is so good.

I'm a victim of Personal Antivirus Scam

To all the computer people out there! Please be aware that a Personal Antivirus is a scam.

I personally victimized by this kind of scam. It pissed me. Once it is downloaded to your computer a fake alert will pop-up and everytime you open a website it's blocked and advised you to purchase their product.You cant access to a website unless you purchase your product.

I am just concern to all people out there. Remember: PERSONAL ANTIVIRUS IS A SCAM

How to deal with Step Children

Being a step-mother of 2 is not an easy job.

These 5 tips help me establish good relationship to my step children.

1. Talk with your spouse about rules, structure and discipline. Since I knew the house rules I should stick to it inorder to avoid bad outcome in the future.

2. Let your spouse deal with discipline at first. My husband has to do the disciplining, assigning chores and implement rules in the house.

3. Be patient. It takes me time and patience to establish relationship with my step children. And prayer helps me to have more patience.

4. Provide love, stability and safety.

5. Build trust with your step-children by doing as you say. Communication is very important inorder to build trust and confidence.

The Key to a Happy Family

1. Pray Together. As a couple we have have found prayer and devotions are the best thing to do in the morning. We spend 15 minutes in prayer and devotions everyday. It brings us closer together as we care for each other every day. This develops true intimacy with each other and with God.

2. Read Together. My husband and I planned to set aside a time for our Bible Reading. In this way it will strengthened our relationship and establish relationship with God.

3. Make Decisions Together. Two heads is better than one. We are no longer two but one in Christ. Therefore when it comes to decision making there must be a participation between a husband and a wife whether it will be a small or big decision. It's a power of two.

4. Attend Church Together. As couple we spend twice a week attending church together. We will not only attend together, but enjoy areas of mutual interest, such as serving in God's work and making Christian friends together.

5. Continue Dating. Continuing a dating life may take some strategic planning on your part as a couple, but it is vital to maintaining a secure and intimate marriage.

Enjoy every moment with your partner

One of my most romantic getaways I had with my partner was when we spent our vacation in Scranton, Pennsylvania.

We had all the opportunities to enjoy every moment while in Scranton. It was so amazing. We heared the twitting of birds, God's magnificent works of sunrise and the beautiful glow of the after glow sunset.

We set up a surprised 60th birthday party for my mother-in-law at the restaurant. All her relatives was there and even her longed lost friends in high school was there at the party. It was a touching experienced for all of us to make her happy and our ways of saying "Thank You" to her for all she has done to us.

The following day I and my husband spent 3 nights in the hotel for our honeymoon.

Our New York adventure was a very unique experienced. We enjoy each other's company, exchange ideas and making decisions on what to take either bus or subway. Since it's our first time to tour around New York without the guidance of a tour guide we lost our way and ended up in a different place we never intended to. Our subway map help us alot. It's so much fun.

A gift of friendship

True Friends for me are my priceless jewels. I draw strength from them. Since I left my hometown I missed their company and wanted to start gaining new friends in here.

One Saturday morning of July 11, 2009 my husband brought me to a Fil-Am Church to worship with the other filipinos and for me to make new filipino friends, exchanging experiences, contact numbers and encouragements. There is always a miracle to have friends who stands by you at all times.

After church they invited us for potluck. With all the different kinds of filipino foods I forgot I'm on diet. hehehe...

I am not filled physically but most of all I am spiritually filled by the word of God and His gift of friendship.

God's gift

My life has become beautiful since I met the most important man of my life. God showed me His favour by allowing us to meet though we’re thousand miles apart. We meet each other by chance and love each other by choice. In God's faithfulness He allowed the seeds of love to grow in our heart. That shows to us how much God loves us.

I arrived in San Francisco International Airport at about 9 in the morning of June 4th 2009. My husband (formerly my fiance) picked me up at the airport. Then we went straight to Oakland Court, Oakland, Califronia and married. We ended our relationship as boyfriend and girlfriend in “I DO.” God is really good. On the night of our wedding I ,my husband and his kids went straight to Marriot Country club, New Port Beach for our honeymoon and travel 8 hours from where we live. The best part was when we had our tour at Disneyland, Anaheim and we are all like kids enjoying each rides. God surprised me with such blessings I never expected. It really pays to obey His will.

I challenge everyone to believe in God and let the miracle begin.
